Tatton Park Information

TRAVEL
By road: The RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park showground and relevant entrances are signposted from all major networks.

Those travelling by road this year should be aware of the plans in place to alleviate pressure on junction 7 of the M56 (Bowden View Bridge), which has an ongoing load restriction imposed on it for safety reasons.

Show visitors should follow the electronic traffic management (VMS) signs on the motorways routes.

Then follow AA signs thereafter to reach the flower show.

Drivers may find themselves directed a different way than they expected to travel, but it is essential that they follow the directions to facilitate traffic flow.

Alternatives routes may be used to manage traffic as a result of the lane restriction.

Parking: There is no separate parking fee and there is plenty of parking.

Orange/Blue badge holders will be directed to reserved sections of the showground car parks.

By public transport: Trains run hourly between Manchester Piccadilly and Knutsford.

A free shuttle bus service operates from the Knutsford Gate, Tatton Park, to the showground from 9am to 8pm daily (Sunday 9am to 6pm).

Trams run frequently between Manchester Piccadilly and Altrincham.

A courtesy bus service operates between Altrincham station and the showground from 8.30am to 8pm daily (Sunday 8.30am to 6pm).
