Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have announced their first series of tour dates for 2008. The Boss and his band will return to the UK for outdoor shows in May and June.

Bruce Springsteen's twenty-third album 'Magic', which was released on 1st October through Columbia Records, debuted at No. 1 and has passed Platinum status.

In London Bruce will be the first artist to play at the Emirates Stadium home of Arsenal football Club. He will also be playing At Old Trafford home of Manchester United and at the Cardiff Millennium Stadium which is the home of the National Welsh Rugby team.

Cardiff Millennium Stadium Information

LOCATION
The Millennium Stadium is located on Westgate Street in Cardiff; next to the Cardiff Arms Park, the rugby ground of Cardiff RFC and the Cardiff Blues.

DIRECTIONS
By Road: From the M4, take the A48 to city centre. The Stadium is clearly signposted.

By Train: Cardiff Central Station is adjacent to the Stadium

Parking: Park and Ride is available along the routes into Cardiff Central.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
There are no age restrictions for entry to the reserved seats but the management of the venue recommends that children and juveniles under the age of 14 be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age. No babes in arms

The venue management reserves the right to remove unsupervised groups of children & juveniles from the venue

It is not recommended to bring small children to events.

1. The ticket is issued subject to the Stadium Regulations.
2. The ticket is not transferable and is for personal use only. Resale or attempted resale at a higher price than that printed on the ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of the ticket without refund or any other compensation. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes any publication via the internet or any other means with the intent to resell for commercial gain. No money will be refunded or tickets exchanged after purchase unless the event is cancelled. In the event of postponement the ticket will be valid for the postponed date. In the event of cancellation the Promoter's sole obligation and liability shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter, to offer a ticket for an alternative event if available or a full refund of the face value of this ticket. No other claims shall be entertained.
3. Admission to the Event cannot be guaranteed if the ticket holder arrives at the Stadium less than 30 minutes before the advertised starting time of the event. If admission is refused no money will be refunded. The ticket holder will not be entitled to re-admission if he or she leaves the Stadium at any time after first admission.
4. The Promoter and/or MS and/or their respective servants or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused to the holder of this ticket save for death or personal injury caused by their negligence.
5. Smoking is prohibited by law in any part of the Stadium.
6. No alcohol is permitted to be brought in to the Stadium.
7. The following articles must not be brought within the Stadium - knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, airhorns, flares, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, bottles, glass vessels, cans, poles and any article that might be used as a weapon or compromise public safety. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry into or ejected from the stadium.
8. Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the venue management may be ejected from the Stadium.
9. Unauthorized photography at the Stadium or the use of recording equipment is prohibited. No audio, audio visual or cinematographic devices shall be brought into the Stadium.
10. No duplicate tickets will be issued in any circumstances whatsoever.

The National Indoor Arena (NIA) is well served by the M5, M40, M1, M6 and is well sign-posted on all approaches into the City Centre.

By Train
The closest station is Birmingham New Street serving mainline inter city & local destinations. The NIA is 10 minutes on foot from New Street.
Snow Hill station serves local destinations & is 10 minutes on foot from the venue.

By Bus
As Birmingham has no tram or underground system it is well served by buses. The following routes pass the approach to the NIA on Sandpits Parade:- 81,82,83, 87,88.

All car parks are Pay and Display. Charges apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The 2008 tour features the following amazing artists:

RICK ASTLEY
From the famous Stock, Aitken & Waterman stable where he was discovered as a tea boy. Rick went onto have many hits that included his No. 1 single 'Never Gonna Give You Up' (which was also the best selling single of 1987 and won a Brit for Best single the following year), a cover of the classic ballad 'When I Fall In Love', 'Together Forever', 'Whenever You Need Somebody', 'Take Me To Your Heart', 'She Wants To Dance With Me' and 'Cry For Help'. No other British solo male can match his 7 consecutive top ten hits in that decade.

BANANARAMA
The girl band of the eighties and one of the most successful girl bands of all time - this sassy duo which comprises of original members Sara Dalin and Keren Woodward take to the stage for their first Here & Now tour. Their many hits include 'Cruel Summer', 'Robert De Niro's Waiting', 'Venus', 'Love In The First Degree', 'I Want You Back', 'It Ain't What You Do It's The Way That You Do It', 'Really Saying Something', 'Shy Boy' and 'Na Na Hey Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye' amongst many others. PAUL YOUNG

Featuring the iconic Martin Fry, ABC were one of the bands that defined the decade. With his gold lame suit and suave looks ABC made an impact on our hearts as well as the charts. Their hits include 'The Look Of Love', 'All Of My Heart', 'Shoot That Poison Arrow' all taken from one of the 80s most classic and timeless albums 'Lexicon Of Love', other hits include 'When Smokey Sings' and 'How To Be A Zillionaire'.
